Jason brings over 30 years of experience in the leisure industry. As an RLSS National Trainer/Assessor across all disciplines, he has trained and assessed professionals on the international stage. Highly regarded for his expertise and dedication, Jason is a respected figure in the field and a true asset to the team.
Nathan is an experienced Duty Manager at a leisure centre and a qualified Beach Lifeguard. He actively delivers pool and beach lifeguard courses throughout the North West. Passionate about his role, Nathan uses real-life stories to inspire and motivate new candidates, encouraging them to develop the skills necessary to become life-saving heroes themselves.
