This course prepares learners to be first aiders for mental health in the workplace. Participants will learn how to provide basic mental health support and respond to individuals in need.
While this qualification does not allow learners to clinically assess, diagnose, or treat mental health issues, it offers an understanding of the principles of first aid for mental health and basic tools to support individuals.
