National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Gen 10)

Entry Requirements:

• 16+ years on the date of assessment
• Jump/Dive into deep water
• Swim continuously 100 meters on front and back
• In deep water tread water for 30 seconds
• surface dive to the floor of the pool
• Climb out the pool unaided without a ladder
